Jewel of Thai: Behind the Science

Mr.Jumpol Denmekha, Deputy Director of The Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand, welcome participants in seminar “Jewel of Thai: Behind the Science” which was organized by the collaboration between The Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand (Public Organization) or GIT and Thailand Textile Institute, Ministry of Industry. This seminar is one of activities under Industrial Design Week 2017: Inspire Ideas for Smart SMEs project which aims to create inspirations among Thai young designers. Presented by Mr. Hirankrit Pattaraboriboonkul, Mr. Palat Jiraputtinan and Anusak Kaewkrajang, designer of “Jewel of Thai” collection from Miss Universe 2016, the seminar revealed the concept and inspiration behind the scene of “Jewel Thai” outfit and jewelry pieces. The seminar took place on March 4^th, 2016 at Tanjong Pagar Ballroom, Amara Hotel, Surawong Road, Bangkok.
